Hailed as the “Golden Globes of Watchmaking,” the Gala achieved unprecedented global reach, engaging over 10 million unique individuals from more than 80 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, and Australia, with more than 350,000 actively participating in the public vote. This extraordinary visibility cemented the Gala’s status as the definitive international stage for recognizing excellence in modern watchmaking.
The 12th edition of the TEMPORIS International Awards Gala celebrated an extraordinary year in horology, showcasing some of the most innovative, visionary, and technically groundbreaking timepieces the industry has ever seen. From masterful complications to daring design experiments, this year’s winners represented the pinnacle of craftsmanship and creativity, capturing the imagination of collectors, enthusiasts, and experts worldwide.
Highlighting the evening was A. Lange & Söhne’s Minute Repeater Perpetual, a masterpiece that not only opened the Gala as the Watches & Wonders 2025 award winner but also closed it triumphantly as Watch of the Year 2025, cementing its status as an unprecedented achievement in technical mastery and timeless artistry.
This edition set new benchmarks for international engagement, achieving a truly global reach: out of nearly 25 million impressions generated around the Gala, more than 10 million unique individuals from over 80 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, and Australia viewed the content, with over 350,000 actively participating in the voting process. Such extraordinary visibility underscores the prestige of the awarded timepieces and confirms their place among the most admired creations in horology.

An Exceptional Jury and Hall of Fame Presence
The 2025 TEMPORIS International Jury welcomed a remarkable blend of new voices alongside established luminaries of the watch industry. New members included Roberta Naas – pioneering female watch journalist, Dr. Andy Palmer – former CEO of Aston Martin, Roger Ruegger – Editor-in-Chief of WatchTime USA, Miguel Seabra – journalist and horology expert, Fabrice Brulhart – storyteller of time, and Silvio Jobin – co-author of the Deloitte Swiss Watch Industry Study. They joined esteemed returning jury members such as Jeff Dodds, Jean-Claude Biver, Serdar Oal, Stefano Macaluso, Radu Budeș, Thomas Campion, and others, creating a dynamic panel that combined fresh perspectives with decades of horological expertise.
The Gala was also honoured by the presence of renowned Hall of Fame members including Carole Forestier-Kasapi, Kurt Klaus, Stephen McGonigle, Martin Frei, and Andreas Strehler, whose influence and achievements continue to inspire the next generation of watchmakers.
